If you are looking for great food and reasonable prices in otherwise expensive and overpriced West Palm Beach, then look no further. This Is It Cafe! I finally found it! I’ve been looking for a simple breakfast sandwich for weeks, none of the markets make one, they do at This Is It! Nice long counter for solo eaters, big indoor space with tables and booths and big outdoor seating area! Many well priced Breakfast and Lunch selections including eggs Benedict! If you want good well priced Cafe food, This Is It! I love the fact that the local police were eating breakfast here! It’s also a safe place to eat! And the Staff couldn’t be nicer so leave a big tip! Yes I finally found it, at This Is It! Cafe! You want a beautiful large omelette, with potatoes or grits and two slices of toast for under 10.00? This is it!

Last Friday afternoon, 3 ladies decided to enjoy the food at This is it Cafe. We truly enjoyed our soups, salads and burgers. The owner came out and greeted us right away. We were mentioned about the restaurant getting renovations and also opening for dinners in season. Furthermore, the wonderful menu that the owner has created. We can't wait to see this space beautifully restored and running for breakfast, lunch and also dinners.

We came here today for a late breakfast. We were greeted straight away by the most wonderful waitress Tammy, she was soooo lovely and friendly and made us feel so welcome. The breakfasts were so good, I had the waffle with two eggs over easy and sausages, and my husband had Cornbeef Hash, home fries two eggs over easy and a side order of bacon with a short stack of pancakes & toast & It was very quick service, what more could you ask for. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!!!!

Wow. What a surprise The outside leaves a lot to The imagination but upon entering the restaurant opens up and is spacious and inviting. Plz watch your step when entering. We checked out the daily specials which were great and I ordered the catfish, grits & eggs from the daily special menu & it did not disappoint. The catfish was cooked to perfection & everything was tasty the grits were even cooked well. My bf had the chicken & waffles, bacon & Eggs he tore it up lol. If in the area id definitely come here again.

Truly a most appropriately named eating establishment, for this is truly it. As you will likely find amongst the 1000 reviews, keywords will be 'inexpensive,' 'charming,' and 'catfish,' amongst others. My 4.50 breakfast sandwich was truly spectacular and I can't wait to try the rest of the menu over the coming months. Great job, team!

I had a great experience here dining with both my mom and best friend. We were seated outside on Saturday morning for brunch. Both my mom and friend had the country fried steak with fruits except my mom did not have any eggs. I had a smoked sausage with scrambled eggs and grits which was very satisfying. Service was good to as he made sure we had coffee and everything we needed in a timely manner. Of course I felt it was affordable and fresh homemade like breakfast

Tara was an awesome server. First time here and I’ll definitely put it on my list to come back to next time I’m in town. Plenty, too much for me, of food and excellent prices. I ate it too fast to take pictures though. Excellent little family restaurant.
